About me

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist working with a number of therapeutic approaches that I tailor to suit each individual. As well as using different approaches, I believe the therapeutic relationship that develops between a client and me is an integral part of the healing process and is central in our work together.

As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their high standards of professional practice and abide by their ethical framework.

It is important to me that we develop an effective working relationship, and that you can consider me as someone you can trust.
